The Ventilated Brimmed Hat.

The Cancer Council Australia (a continent where skin cancer rates are amongst the highest on the planet) recommends wearing wide-brimmed hats like ours to reduce the risks of injury from UV-exposure. While most brimmed hats are stifling, ours has nylon mesh on the sides to reduces heat buildup, so it combines superior sun protection with cool ventilation. Solid, cotton twill top and a 3" brim protect your head and face, and an adjustable chin cord makes for a secure fit or easy hanging. A 1" band circumscribes the hat just above the brim.
